As all of our pieces are lovingly made-to-order, we do not hold stock to offer rental service for the gowns.

Yes! Every gown is available in all of our carefully curated colours and in any of our standard size options.
We offer 14 colours these include: Snow, Noir, Blush, Wine, Concrete, Khaki, Hunter, Kale, Toffee, Sand, Buttercup, Honey, Moss, Dove.
As all of our fabrics are hand dyed, please note that colour shades may vary slightly between dye lots.
Our fabric is made of 100% natural fibres. All of our colours are lovingly hand dyed, so slight variance can result between dye lots. If ordered together all bridal parties will be made from the same dye lot.
As the fabrics are all natural slubs and variations are possible.
All gowns are made as per the sample as pictured online. We do not offer any customisations or alterations.
All of our pieces are available in a matte or satin finish. Our fabric is dual sided. The satin has a subtle sheen and catches the light beautifully, while our matte finish has a gorgeous textured crepe finish.

Each LHW gown is designed and sampled in New Zealand and orders are lovingly hand-made by our team in Bali, Indonesia. We work closely with our production team and manage the journey of each gown until we package and ship each gown from our Auckland studio.
Every gown is available from a UK 6 through to a UK 22.
Although our sizing is very true to size and we design free-flowing silhouettes with minimal specific points of measure, it is important to refer to our size guide to double check your measurements.

Our hem lengths are generous to cater for the tallest of babes. Our full length gowns are suitable for up to a 6 ft height.
Alterations are often minimal to our gowns, but if you are after the perfect bridal fit we recommend alterations.

You are able to select one of three options for your desired lead time. Lead times are not inclusive of transit time.
Once dispatched you will receive tracking information if a valid email address is provided. Leave Her Wilder will not be held responsible for late deliveries or loss or damage relating to late deliveries.
We will accept changes within 24 hours of receipt of order confirmation.
Enter your bust, waist and hip measurements and the guide will suggest the best size for you. As a general rule, our gowns are very true to size and if you prefer a snug & fitted silhouette it is best to size down, or for a looser & relaxed fit, size up. If you have any concerns please email HQ@leaveherwilder.com and we can help determine the best size.

As our gowns are made using 100% natural fibres they can withstand a high heat. For best results, steam your garment. You are able to use a hot iron, on an untextured surface and with no water in the iron water canister.
There is a flat rate fee of $25 NZD for one item and free on all orders with two or more items. All orders are fully trackable.
Once your order is dispatched you will receive tracking information via email. Please note you will only receive updates if a valid email address was supplied at checkout.
Shipping within New Zealand all orders are inclusive of Goods and Service Tax (GST). Import duties and taxes are only applicable for international shipments.
As all of our fabric is hand dyed and our gowns made-to-order, we are do not offer exchanges, accept returns or issue refunds. All sales are final.
All of our garments go through an extensive quality check process to ensure the best quality for our babes. We recommend you try on your garments as soon as your order is received. In the unlikely event of a manufacturing fault you must contact Leave Her Wilder HQ within 5 days. Item(s) must not have been worn, washed or altered in any way. If you choose not to contact with us within this period, Leave Her Wilder will not be liable for any issues.
If there is concern of a production or manufacturing fault please email us and provide photos at HQ@leaveherwilder.com so we can work to resolve this for you.
- Refunds use the same payment method that was used to pay for the order. You cannot issue a refund to a different card or bank account.
- Refunds are issued in the same currency that the customer used to pay for the order. If the customer paid in USD, then they receive a refund in USD.
- If the currency needs to be converted for the refund, then the current currency rate, and not the currency rate at the time of the order, is used in the conversion. You're charged a currency conversion fee when the payment is converted, but not when a refund is issued. Currency conversion fees and credit card fees aren't returned to you when you issue a refund.
