Shipping

We use a trusted, tracked service for all our shipping needs. You will be provided with tracking information to the email address provided at checkout once your order has left our studio. Please note that shipping charges include shipping fees plus handling but are not inclusive of import duty or taxes, if applicable and are the responsibility of the recipient. 

Returns & Refunds

As all of our gowns are lovingly made to order, we're unable to accept returns or issues refunds period. All sales are final.

Policy

All Leave Her Wilder pieces are made-to-order, and therefore, we are unable to accept any returns or exchanges or offer refunds. All of our garments go through an extensive quality check process to ensure the best quality for our babes. We recommend you try on your garments as soon as your order is received. In the unlikely event of a manufacturing fault you must contact Leave Her Wilder HQ within 7 days. Item(s) must not have been worn, washed or altered in any way. If you choose not to contact with us within this period, Leave Her Wilder will not be liable for any issues. 

Leave Her wilder does not provide alterations or offer customisations. All garments are produced from pattern and as per samples. 

Our fabrics are dyed to our specifically curated colour palette and along with the hand dying come slight variation between dye batches. However, all orders for bridal parties will be cut and produced from the same roll and dye batch to avoid any variations within the same bridal party.
